What are Business Managers who are responsible for personally handling all the functions and duties for all business departments in a nutshell. This session will be a survey and review of some of the many requirements across many of the functions that a school business office handles. This session will also review helpful tools, tricks & tips to ensure solid segregation of duties and maximize the efficiency of the one-stop shop Business Manager time and help ensure success.

Sean Fry, SFO, MBA is a NM licensed level II Business Manager and certified SFO and CPO currently working with a variety of charter schools in the metro area. He is a native New Mexican, a graduate of both the University of New Mexico and Eastern New Mexico University and has worked with many charter schools and other educational entities, across New Mexico, since 2011. Currently, Sean is the Director of Operations for the ABQ Charter Academy as well as the Business Manager for the Albuquerque Aviation Academy. Sean has presented at numerous conferences and provided trainings for school Business Managers, governing bodies, and school leaders in the areas of school finance, operations, and organization design.
