Ryan is JAG's, Operations Manager. His role with the firm includes implementing systems to increase overall productivity and effectiveness and help continue building the family and team culture. Ryan was born in San Francisco, CA, but grew up in Connecticut and a small town in South Carolina, just south of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ryan was an enlisted Infantryman in the U.S. Army, where he learned and developed a lot of unique skills that are perfect for cultivating a highly efficient team and being able to find creative solutions. In the civilian world, Ryan spent most of his professional life in an operations/ management role.
He loves animals and has one puppy, two cats, and a snake. He also loves spending his free time with family, exploring the outdoors, and working on building his Jeep from scratch that way he can take it anywhere.

Scott grew up in a small suburb on the north side of Minneapolis and graduated from a state university in northern Minnesota. After graduation, Scott moved to New Mexico, where he currently resides. Scott began his career in public accounting with a national accounting firm. He then joined a local accounting firm which was subsequently acquired by a large regional accounting firm, where he was an audit partner for eight years. Scott joined JAG as a partner in 2014 and is responsible for JAG’s audits and quality control.
Throughout his career in public accounting, he has specialized in audits of non-profits and governments in the United States. Scott has provided training on various governmental, accounting, and auditing topics throughout the southwestern United States, including technical aspects of both GASB and FASB, leadership training, AICPA audit standards, resolution of findings, and A-133/UGG compliance testing.
