Erik Harrigan will have overall responsibility and will serve as the day-to-day contact to the Authority. Erik is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, of which 21 years have been in Public Finance servicing New Mexico clients. Since 2012 Erik has been the primary banker for over $4.0 billion and 400 transactions for New Mexico clients. Mr. Harrigan focuses solely on New Mexico clients. He actively participates in developing long-term finance plans for New Mexico universities, not-for-profit hospitals, utilities, school districts, cities, counties, and various finance authorities. Most recently, he has been involved in financings for various higher education institutions, school districts, not-for-profit hospitals, regional water authorities, and financing authorities.  Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in international finance from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the NYSE and NASD. He currently holds Series 6, 7, 24, 50, 53, 54, 63, 65, and 79 licenses.
