Case Study – Accounting System/ Loading Your Budget into OBMS On-Demand

Product not yet rated

On July 1, your budget will be fully approved by PED in OBMS. How do you get that budget from OBMS into your accounting system? We will show you two options: The first will provide steps to export your approved budget from OBMS, and the second will provide steps to use your excel workbooks.  In both cases, the approved budget information is converted into spreadsheets formatted for import into your respective accounting system. In a nutshell, this presentation is designed to guide you from OBMS to your accounting system. (Included are instructions for Tyler Technologies and Skyward. Other software systems can still follow the process from the beginning, but your import may look slightly different.)
